I really enjoyed your podcast. I really liked how the interviewee compared real world examples from popular companies which I feel allowed the audience to relate on a different level.
I also really liked the point where your interviewee was talking about how diversity is “falsely advertised” the companies, such as when she was talking about how companies promote the racial diversity. I learned that even though diversity is promoted there, the truth is contradicting because in reality they have strict protocols in the companies. This concept made my points in my podcast about how companies cover to promote themselves in a more positive manner more clear.
